LAKE VIEW POINTE HOA AUG 25th, 2019 MEETING
1. Paving, patching, and sealing to be done hopefully by Tri City paving before it gets too cold
2. Renewed one year contract with Bobby Hollifild to clean roads, also paid him for mulch
3. Will try to hire someone to cut tree limbs over the road.
4. Place mirror at curve in road for oncoming traffic.
5. David to investigate UV lighting for well water.
6. Homeowners will be encouraged to remove any vegetation that encroaches the main road.
7. Follow up on entrance column design, put to a vote.
8. Attempt to work through the ACC with one homeowner to improve the appearance and function of his residence.
