Board of Directors Meeting

November 29, 2017

Present At Meeting: John Hamel, Eric Fensterer and David Mugrage


Teleconference November 21, 2017:

The board held an emergent teleconference on November 21, 2017 between board members Eric Fensterer, John Hamel and David Mugrage to discuss the nonperformance of CVPM. It was decided that the contract would be terminated. David Mugrage would contact Cathleen to obtain LVPHOA belongings. A board meeting was set for November 29 at a time to be determined.


November 29, 2017LVPHOA BOD Meeting:

Eric Fensterer called the meeting to order at 8:30 pm; Quorum was present.

November 9, 2017 minutes were approved.


New Business:

The board discussed following items:

David picked up LVPHOA belongings from CVPM on November 28, 2017 and signed a release of contract along with CVPM representative Cathleen Adkins. Paid outstanding bills.David reopened the P.O. Box at Nebo post office and stopped the forwarding of mail.David will go by the Morganton Post office and get mail forwarded back to Nebo P.O. Box.John is going to get Minutes from the Annual HOA meeting posted on the web site.Eric is going to get the NC business list for LVPHOA register agent changed from Bracey Bobbitt to President LVPHOA.David is going to contact BB&T to remove CVPM from account and get on line access.David is going to contact Duke Power and correct address on the three accounts and set up auto draft. At the 2017 HOA Annual meeting three changes were approved to the covenants / by-laws. David is going to research how to make the changes.Change meeting date to August of each year.Change Financial audit to once every three years with a review in-between.Allow houseboats on lots 38-O and P only.John is going to draft a Holiday newsletter to be posted on website.Board discussed 2018 assessment fees and decided to keep it at $360.00 for Jan 1, 2018 thru December 31, 2018. Notices will be going out first week of January 2018.

A motion was made at 9:10 p.m. to adjourn by David Mugrage; Seconded by John Hamel; Motion approved.
